One owner per company. Ask +30 opens 7 days before the end. Accept adds 30 days from the current end. When a hold ends the firm stays Good with its owner, notes and contacts, and another seat can press Good to take it over. Renew, Extend or Owner keeps it locked. Release ends a hold now.
Last query is the most recent committed Find in Explorer. Visits are companies that seat opened. Good and Skip stay company-wide.
